Who has the key to getting this thing operating properly?
I found this thing with a bad compressor. Replaced compressor and found that the compressor went bad due to restricted cap tube. Replaced cap tube with recommended length and I.D. cap tube. Charged with 7.5oz of R134 as directed by unit data plate.
I've not had a whole lot of experience with reach ins or 134, so all and any help will be appreciated.
Pressures,temps,superheat needed? Rated Amp draw RLA=4.89 actual is 4.70-4.86 Suction 34# line temp 68 superheat~30degrees
Head=237#. cooler doesn't want to brake the 50degree mark needs to be 34-40F.
I've adjusted the length of my cap tube about 16" at a time 3 times now and just cant seem to get that head pressure down.
