Hi guys, please excuse my English.
I have a TK SMX2 with code 77-EPROM FAIL CHECKSUM TEST.
I want to reset the microprocessor to factory settings.
Please tell me how can I do a cold restart.

sounds like you need a new eprom(the microchip behind the four screw cover on back of door).
there not very expensive.
Cold start might give a temporary fix

Ok. I see no one offers ...
First one who bothers to explain how to do
a cold restart, gets my installer for:
ReferManager, Data Manager and Report Program.

Relay Board Jumpers
The relay board jumpers are located just above
the largest connector at the bottom of the relay
board. They are arranged in four groups of three
pins each.

Go into guarded access write down sensor gradings and settings.

move jumper from TP5 to TP1.
switch on unit will be in cold start.
Switch off move jumper back to TP5 position.
Done.
Enter guarded access and re enter all values.
