Old ice bank milk cooler, either use the ice water from round the coil or if water needs to be food safe cool it where the milk would go and use that. Have a few cheese makers who use them for cooling after pasturiser.

Get a household refrigerator, pull out the shelves & stick in large plastic tub (as big as will fit) plumb up a pump, water pipework & pythons for the fermenters.

Fill tub with water & refrigerate, cycle pump with fermenter thermostat.

If one refrigerator won't do, use two! Or go for a larger type commercial jobbie.

Perhaps fit out a refrigerator with the fermentation kit inside??
