Bluebox chiller fault

Hi I have a blue box chiller model-KAPPA.V/LN 37.2 serial BBOX010139 it is showing a protectioner load fault and can't be reset via the carel controller. I have checked motor controller all hp switch compressor thermistors does anyone know what this fault means. A wiring diagram would also help

I've never come across that fault and can't find any reference to it.
Maybe call their technical number?

But have you checked the Incoming supplies and contactors?

This sounds like it is the electronic motor protection unit fault for the compressor. The motor protection module can be reset by removing the power feed to it for 25s. It stores fault counts then locks out till reset.
If it does not reset or resets then faults again you either have motor motor thermo protection fault or faultly compressor motor.
You are unable to reset this from controller.
