Hi all,

I'm going to be installing a twin split system soon (mitsubishi elec), I'd just like to know if anyone has any details or links to any manuals with regards to master and slave settings and measurements from refnets etc so I can get a bit of a head start! Any info much appreciated as always!

Thanks in advance

Spot on mate! Am I cabling s1s2s3 in separate 1.5mm from outdoor unit or will that be daisy chain from one to the other? Sorry I'm a simpleton!

Cheers moondawn as i was more thinking along the lines of an individual 1.5mm four core for each indoor from the outdoor unit mate.

Indoor that you connect the controller to becomes the master.
Standard configuration will take an average temperature from both indoor units return air to achieve your set temp.
This can also be changed via the PAR-30/31 to: (function setting mode 02)
Temp sensor to which the controller is connected to. (master indoor)
Temp sensor built into the controller.

Distance between refnet and indoors can be (iirc) 8m difference max between the two lengths but always good practice to keep them equal as IM said above. (check the manual that comes in the refnet box, not the indoor manual)

:)
