Our frost free fridge freezer bought in John Lewis in 2007 is building up ice in freezer.
Over the past few months ice has been building up on the base and at the rear of the freezer compartment.
Having defrosted it yesterday (with hairdryer) is is evident that the water is coming from the top back of the compartment (drips were evident coming from a foam seal after defrosting)
Can someone let me know what this fault is, whether its serious and whether it is something i can fix. If i cant fix it how i go about finding someone with knowledge of my appliance (south london)
