Hello

Some time back I saw someone using tube benders for the smaller pipe sizes (1/4 maybe 3/8) downwards with a very short radius about 1", ideal for small stuff and pressure switches, controls etc. They were about 150mm long.

Does anyone know where I can get any, they were the multi type?,

.

All the wholesalers stock them.

They are not hard to find

Spring benders work really well for the smaller sizes. You do need to put them completely over the pipe (i.e. don't expect to be able to make a tight bend right on the end), so get ready with the tubing cutters to trim off the straight pieces on the ends if you need to.

Imperial eastman 368H will do 1/4 5/16 3/8 to 90' and the 470H will do 180' bends, available from Climate center and no doubt HRP FSW et al.

Thanks, Imperial 367FH are the ones I had in mind 1/8, 3/16 and 1/4 with 14.2mm radius to centre of tube.

Should have thought of Imperial in the first place.
