I have problem with inverter compressor of AJY108LALH and AJY126LALH (FUJITSU V II VRF SISTEMS).

The unit AJY108LALH is a master unit in systems with two slave also AJY108LALH. This system work 4 month, and then inverter compressor of master unit is block out. Error code on the outdor unit is 93.1 (inverter compressor start up error), and thats the only error in history mode. Slave units work properly. We changed PCB on the master unit but inverter compressor did not started.

Same problem we have on the outdor unit AJY126LALH. This unit was work only 4 days, and then inverter compresor is block out. On this unit we have same error code 93.1.

When we measured PCB and IPM board electricly all parameter's are OK.

Both system's have required amount of refrigerant, and there is no leakage of refrigerant.

Has anyone had similar problems.

LoL

He at least tries to start? A peculiar whistle is heard at least 2-3 seconds?

And so it seems to death inverters, very difficult for them to arrange a wet course, as in systems has a suction accumulators large volume, so gather *****, take 1 compressor, and see the amount of oils. If oil is not available, the dry-run oil where the system is gone, if the oil is black, then it was flooded with liquid *****, and what level of filling does not matter.
Program maintenance tool you have or not?

Compressor try to start 3 times and peculiar whistle is heard.
Oil recovery is OK, and amount of refrigirant is OK. This unit works with two slave unit, and this sistem currently works with this slave units and with scroll compressor of master unit.

I never had this problem. Inverter compressor blocks when tehere is insufficiency of refrigerator, or if it is mechanic problem in compressor.

We don't have maintenance tool, but that tool only recognised that inv compressor doesn't work.

Hehe)))
This program will give you the opportunity to see everything that is happening in the system, including all inner blocks, and manage them as you like.

Pull out 1 DC inverter compressor, drill 4 - 6 mm drill Carter, drain the oil into a clean container, open the head, open spiral and see the bearing. Then cut Carter and see the oil pump.
Oil exact amount needed.

In my fotos you can see what happened with DC Inverters of KX6 MHI...
