what is type of this expansion valve ???

i received BEKO @ ton heat pump
and i saw this type of expansion valve which i cannot recognize
its dividing a capillary tube

is it just a fixed pressure restrictor- can u search for it on manufacturers sticker on the valve

what is the function of fixed pressure restrictor

to create a pressure drop

this heat pump contain two capillary tube
one coneected to the mentioned restrictor and then the restrictor connected to the discharge valve
and the other capillary tube connected directly to the discharge valve
so why only one capillary connected to the restrictor
and the other not

could be a check valve (allow 1 way flow) depending on the mode

it's automatic pressure-releasing valve, which used in heat pumps.the valve will be automatically open when the high pressure system reaches 2.35Mpa, to achieve releasing the pressure.
also,the valve will be closed when system pressure turn to normal level.
then, we no need to shut down the machine frequently.
