please can somebody tell me where the rubber drain valve is located on the Samsung No Frost Cool n Cool- model
RL33SBSW.

I keep getting an ice build up at the bottom of the freezer.

its probably because the drain heator is not working, most of the time the pcb is the problem in samsungs

I have read on another thread that it was the rubber drain valve.

I cant afford to get an engineer to replace the pcb on the samsung-its very expensive.
the fridge runs ok, and the freezer, but after some months I find that I have to remove the frozen ice at the bottom of the freezer.
