Panasonic Inverter AC Indoor Fan stops ...

My Indoor unit's fan stops after a few minutes of operation and then runs again, this is when the fan is set to automode ..

Is this normal ??

Also when it is set to 5, it seems a little loud .. Is the 19db claim only applicable when the fan is set to 1 or 2 ??
