can anyone inform me if they have experence in automatic air vent valves for low temp glycol systems. thanks.

As Pass and score suggests they all work.

I would also suggest that you include a sensible length of branch pipe from the pipe being vented to allow any microbubbles to accumulate before they enter the AAV.

Try and use ones with stainless steel bellows and Viton seals. We have this problem in the solar industry all the time. Caleffi makes a good one as does Spirovent (I believe).

only the plastic ones ! both on polyglycol systems and regular water systems
