Fujitsu IR Remote AUTA18LAL Inverter fault

I have a client with Fujitsu AUTA18LAL Cassette with a fault unit has IR remote so unable to diagnose, has Red operation light on green light off and orange light is on for 5 seconds then off for 1 second. Fujitsu tech support told me its not a known fault code?? any help would be appreciated

Red operation light on means the unit should be working.
Orange filter light slowly flashing means its time to clean the filter, they need to look in the operation manual it's not a fault it's just the filter warning......
Try pressing the filter reset button on the remote and see what happens
