Hi.
I have a Hoover Nextra HNU 271 upright freezer which is not cooloing properly. I can hear that the fan is not running smoothly. My question is how to take the top panel off to get access to the fan. I have undone the screws but when I try to pull the cover off, the whole evaporator thing is also moving with it. Please help.
