refrigerator cooling too much

my refrigerator is manual defrost type manufacturer (godrej) the refrigerator is single door type manual defrost i find that even after keeping thermostat knob to minimum there is lot of ice in freezer as well in chillen tray which normally collects water i have even replaced the old thermostat with new thermostat of reputed brand.please guide and help

Door Seal rubber is not good and warm humid air enters the fridge.

Replace it.
