If it works perfectly, I would check for vibration.

its only make loudly sound
and vibration is low
is there any problem if the vibration is high ( i know it may damage the componetent and may lead to leak)
but i mean if vibration is s danger to compressor or not

Normally it is the compressor that causes other components to vibrate and possibly fail.

What is the model # of the outdoor unit?

Does the compressor run hot? What are the operating pressures? I would recommend doing a pump-down test.

With single cylinder hermetic compressors I have had the motor come loose from its support and also the mounting supports come loose/apart inside. This makes a loud noise but it is usually followed by no cooling as the internal vibration causes the discharge line to break inside the hermetic. I should mention that the majority of these failures where regarding customers that used a hermetic compressor in a home-made transport application.

the unit cooling very well
but the probleM IS only in the loudly noise
the unit model number is
LP H508TAO

.

What kind of noise?

Is it metal grating on metal sounds?
Is it metal hitting metal sounds?
Is it a screeching sound (high pitched)?
Is it a low rumble (low pitch) sound?

Is it all the time or just occasionally?

Have you tested the fan motors to prove it is not them?

Regards

Rob

should the compressor have an insulated acoustic jacket- like uk units, check rubber mounting feet rubbers are ok, not perished, also check for compressor pipework rattling near the casing- last resort- set up a market stall selling ear plugs- you'll be minted!!!:D

Sadly your movie does not help at all as the unit covers are on, personally I can't hear anything wrong.
