ENN26800 fridge/freezer - fridge not cooling

We have an Electrolux fridge freezer just 1 year old.
The freezer is working very well but the fridge is not cooling at all. We checked air vents were clear and adjusted controls as advised in manual.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this please?
We live in Reading.

take your food out and defrost it for a few days, leave the doors open, turn it back on and it should work. If it happens again you could have a problem with your defrost heater or pcb.
