MIDEA MDV 'H0' alarm at outdoor unit

I have an alarm on a Midea MDV outdoor unit which is 'HO'. from the troubleshooting manual, it says mode conflict malfunction. all indoors are set on cooling.
Any suggestions please?

You need restart outdoor unit, just off power for 5 min, then turn on.
