Hi
I have been asked to size up a unit and cooler for a forced air cooled chocolate display counter we are building at work. The counter is 3m long 1m wide and 1/2m deep topped with glass and an open front to serve.
I have been told the specs need to be 18*C running temp @ 50% RH
How do I keep the humidity at 50% ?
I have noticed some chocolate fridges have humidity control how does this work ?
Any help would be appreciated as I only normally build up right and chest fridge / freezers and have only just started designing systems for the company as I have been moaning for years about poor design. And don't want to look silly now lol !
