Samsung AQV09EW procedura di reset

Saluti,al mio domicilio è una ecatombe ,tre su quattro dei Samsung mi danno errore E101 errore di comunicazione dell'unità esterna.
Vorrei conoscere la procedura per effettuare il reset nel tentativo di farli ripartire.
Sapreste indicarmi le modalità per poterlo fare?
