Not quite that hot but the M1 had some lanes closed because the tar melted
and the M25 was closed for half a day because the road buckled..

Could you imagine it at 49 c :cool:

Britain never does extreme. Quite a temperate climate actually,
although I'm loving the hot weather :D

really the temperature wasnt that hi when the sign melted
i think it was near 40 c
but the temp reached 49c today
