Daikin rx25 problem in indoor fan motor

Hi.....i have a problem with my aircondition..the indoor fan motor start and stop again and again after some sec but on full speed do it same and after 5minute is ok but no full speed.what wrong? I replace all capacitor to indoor unit with new and relay but nothing..the on the fan is 220vac start stop 0vac...the outdoor unit is good and send cool to indoor.so the capasitor who i replaced is 1.5uf and is sseries with 1uf and two small 0.22uf all is mkp .can anyone help me?sorry for my bad english..

unplug the indoor fan motor run it in fan only and test voltage outputs on pins at hi med low quiet fan
daikin fan motors do get noisy after a few yrs, check the fan scroll is rotating freely and not much play left to right
end bearing will be housed in a rubber housing

i can check only on full speed is 120 vac other speed start stop start stop voltage is 0 220 0 220 ....bearing is good .play left right no.
