Has anyone tried to make a warranty claim and been told by LG you must produce a service report sheet detailing all maintenance visits on a piece of equipment over 6 months old, I have a 14 kw cassette with the comp gone, it is 19 months old and they are demanding to see 3 service report sheets detailing maintenance visits. I really loathe LG equipment and regret the day I was unfortunate enough to come across them, I am glad I stopped installing them.
