Any 68cSt POE lubricant will work for this application in replacing the 0037. There are tons out there in the market - you can really choose between any of the big aftermarket guys. Since it's a POE - it will be pricey. However, depending on your application, it may be the only base stock you're safe to use. The benefit with going aftermarket is superior additive packages to help the fluid last longer.

Just do a google search for a 68cSt POE compressor fluid. Pretty much any product you come across that's a true POE base in 68cSt should work for this application. Use a POE if you got an HFC in there. If you're mid-retrofit with a HCFC or older, you can use a mineral oil or mineral oil/AB blend and it will do the trick.
