Dear all

I`m looking for service documentation for Daikin chiller Daikin EUWA100HASDY1 1998 380047. ( two compressors) One of compressor is starting operation and stops after 0.5 seconds. Unit was switched off for 3 months. Range of outside temperature during iddle state -25 : - 10 deg C. I checked amount of refrigerant -OK. The controller after shutting off the compressor indicate alarm led without any description also compressor motor protection is off. . No idea if oil can migrate from compressor ( heater was on during mentioned 3 months). Is it possible that having documentation i can check in the control panel what is the reason of failure. ???

Thanks for help
Best regards.

It will be great if you can send me any information. I cant find anything in my country because the unit wasnt bought by factory from Daikin in Poland but was imported as second hand from abroad. That is the reason nobody hear about this model before in our regional offices.
I chcecked the controller but it needs a password. The company which installed the unit, does not exist. Nobody knows password. I ve read manual from similar model EUWA MZSDY The standar password is 1234 but in my controller there are not buttons with digit, only arrows + and - enter key etc.
If you can sent me any information it will be fine. If it impossible because of the size in MB you can send me this via post office ang charge me.
Best regards

The first compressor runs without any problem. The second runs 2 - 3 seconds. I have not enough time to diagnose it.

Fault Codes

A1 Anti-freeze alarm
E1 Evap Inlet water temp NTC Probe defective
E2 Evap Outlet water temp NTC Probe defective
E3 Evap heater tape fuse blown or reverse phase error or PCB error
EE, EP EEprom defective
EU, EO Supply voltage low (EU) or exceedingly high (EO)
EL Power supply is excessively noisey
FL Low water flow or pump overload activated
H1 High Pressure switch activated
L1 Low pressure switch activated

if FL and H1 flash alternately then you have a reverse phase problem

n1 Indicates that compressor 1 requires routine maintenance

n2 Indicates that compressor 2 requires routine maintenance

Press the SEL key for 5 seconds to adjust the parameters

r1 cooling temp setpoint
r2 colling temp differential
r6 check evap water outlet temp
c9 check total running hours of comp 1
cA check total running hours of comp 2
cC check total running hours of pump

The password is 22 - Factory default

Press PRG key for 5 seconds
number 00 starts flashing
Enter 22 using the up/down arrows
Press SEL key to confirm
the controller then displays rd which is the first parameter.

Let me know if you need the parameter list (it's rather long) :)

I get the documentation somehow. Your codes are different than in mentioned chiller ( probably units are provided with different controllers depending on the country) I found the problem - discharge temperature sensor faulty. Any way Thanks for codes.
Best regards from Poland.
