Samsung RS21DGRS

Hi,
I have a Samsung RS21DGRS which, when turned on, will run for about 5 seconds then starts to labour before turning off and never comes back on.
I'm wondering if this is a faulty compressor, board or even a blocked system?
Any help appreciated

when you turn on does the whole fridge shut down or just the compressor stops ?
