Need major help on fixing air conditioner.

Hey guys,

My air conditioner in my backyard has not been working the past few days. I noticed that the fan does not spin like usual when I turn it on inside. I don't really know much about air conditioners. So if you guys do have a solution can you guys please explain it in real specific detail. For now, I don't know the brand of type of air conditioner I have, if that was your guys first question.

Does it cool ?? What temp is coming off indoor ? Is the unit clean indoors / outdoors ?
