hi i was hoping someone could help me i am working on a hoshizaki ice machine and when i turn it on it starts filling with water and everything else starts up then the unit cuts out. there are no error leds showing. thanks

When you say everything cuts out do you mean as in tripping the fuse or just everything off ?

bin stat , or optic ice bin sensor will cut machine dead without fault- hold the thermistor- if it got magic eye on it-clean the lenses

Hey not not the fuse just the water supply and refrig side cut out as if cutting out on something i bypassed the bin sensor and the unit still cuts out also tried the hp switch. Im thinking its possibly the controller board

Have you put gauges on it yet? It may have a lp switch on it as well that may be holding it off. Does sound odd that the water pump is staying off as well as the comp. Pcbs can be a pain when diagnosing.
