My panasonics inverter air-con CU-25R show H11 error like that.

I've read the answer from that page and want to know more about the DCV. at terminal 2-3 on O/D unit at normal operation.

Many Thanks.

Is there any wiring error?
• Correct the indoor-outdoor units
connection wires
Check the indoor-outdoor units’ connection wires.
Disconnect terminal 3 wire and measure Vdc between terminal
2 & 3 from the outdoor unit.
Is the Vdc fluctuate between 20-70Vdc?
• Replace outdoor PCB
Reconnect terminal 3 wire and measure Vdc between terminal

Is the Vdc fluctuate between 20-50Vdc?
• Replace indoor unit PCB.

check your wiring isnt crossed between indoor/outdoor
check indoor fuse spur connections ok, and only switching 240v live and neutral- check wire 3 is thru crimped or terminal block- not switched or any external condensate pump hi pump alarm float isnt wired in

if unit still shows h11
then isolate outdoor unit, remove wire 3 (comms line)
test 2-3 should give a pulsating dc voltage upto 50vdc
if not check fuses, connection plugs on outdoor boards
i had a 48-50vdc signal on 1 and appeared to be indoor pcb, after swapping it- had to swap the outdoor pcb too
