Samsung AVQ12-FAN communication error

Samsung AVQ12-FAN. The outdoor unit is completely died! The outdoor unit leds doesn't turn on ta all. After a while the indoor unit leds shows "communication error( indoor <->outdoor ) pre power relay error". Which is the pre power relay?

Has anyone experience with that kind of error?

Have you checked for power at the Outdoor unit? If yes, check for power on to outdoor pcb and transformer.
