Richard

Is it the assembly or the valves you need?

You would be well covered at that, wholesalers are slow to price because it's a rare service replacement part, normally factory fitted. I have an assembly if you get caught out.

Around £80 per 1/2" PRV and similar for the valve, fit them all the time, you should ask your clients if they require certificated valves as there is an additional charge and longer lead times for the test certs

Hi Richard.
HRP come out much cheaper with their on-line listed prices.
However you may get much better discounts at Climate Center.
HRP =
PRV with cert approx £67.00
Rupture disc Assy Approx. £80 ish
Dual Manifold £72.00
Say just over 200 ish.

CC =

PRV mid 50's to 60's ( not sure if they are with a cert?)
Rupture disk £110.0
Dual Shutoff £105,00
Yuo Choose.

They usually are here Al.
There are very few instances where they would be changed.
Other than when they are out of date as defined by the Insurance assessor and their written scheme.

Which commonly is every 5 yrs although it can be required more frequently.

Not all chillers have to have their PRV's changed, but that is another story!
