I have a carrier 19xr chiller that 75 psi condenser pressure and will not start due to alarm that says it has exceeded pressure of 165

Have you reset the control alarm and control restart sequence?

What is the exact model number, there are a few 19XR?? models.

thanks i will get the number have done everything 207 in the manual has said to and replaced system control board checked all relays yet i still get the alarm

19XR4040332uEH60 have replaced ISM,cond press transducer,checkeddischarge high press senser and relay, and the M1 aux contacts gage on cond drum and display read 75psi and chiller does not start due to alarm the says condenser pressure has exceded 165, thanks for any ideas.

Hi
it would seem like your IO card high pressure input may not be working .
you should try interchanging another sensor to this input, if the reading doesnt change you may have to change the board! I would however check the wiring to the board ccm card J2 terminal 456.
al 207 =Check for high condenser water
[VALUE] exceeded limit of [LIMIT]*. temperatures, low water flow, fouled tubes.
Check for division plate/gasket bypass.
Check for noncondensables.
Check transducer wiring and accuracy

thanks i dont know if it had to time out but i ran a test with main power off after replacing ISM, and relays sensors and checking all wiring all that and the moter starters kiked in so i turned on the main power and alarm was cleared and chiller started Thanks everyone
