got yet another one of these ,this one has had the plug/wiring damaged that goes to the controller the plug is no longer on the cable,can this plug be purchased locally rs/maplins or electrical outletthe controller seems intact by the way.

We have just scrapped broken an as new ef. Loom is in the scrap at the moment.

if its a newer one its just a readout the controller is in the roofbox but im probable teaching you how to suck eggs there rip it out and fit a 974 or a cdc is our policy when ive had ones with a cut loom i have found they have shorted the controller out twice i got plugs of scrappers and the controller stayed dead so we just fit a sh panel of what we have lied around

no mate just run me own firm stuck down in devon with no wholesalers well nearest one is hr and half away so we have got rather good at fitting what we have in the van its useually cheaper and better in my book
