daikin rx25 zener

hi..i have a daikin and it has problem to outdoor unit pcb board is dead no green led flashing
and so i check input voltage is 240vac on L N ,,after go to L1 and L2 and after go to bridge s1nb60 if check to this point voltage is 700vac after go to resistane and zener <burned zener>i replace zener with same i think wrote c55 5.6volt and after go to transistor voltage regulator 2sc 3751 and go to transformer........i look all pcb for dc voltage and nothing.i dont see anything else. question is all right to here? the pcb board has hic 3eb19045 maybe is it?or the power supply?

disconnect wire 3 to see if theres grounding from the indoor and power it up

disconnect and nothing..in the indoor pcb board has 12 volt and 5 volt. point 123 indoor and 123 outdoor is red is 1 white is 2 and black is 3..

indoor is powered off the outdoor- disconnect 1,2,3 on outdoor then test power on the outgoing terminals

ok i discoconnect the indoor and check...1+3=230vac 2+3=24vac 2+1 =200vac

2 and 3 should be 150v ac signal

why me is only 24?has nothing to do the surge arrester ?or with small ic ha6890 3eb19043?

dont do much with electronics, there are companys that will test and repair pcbs, will be cheaper than going to daikin

Ok i fix outdoor pcb and all ok.voltage 2 and 3 is 160v.but now broblem is indoor pcb because the fan start and stop quickly again and again and after minute work to low speed if i set high speed.to other speed doesnt work only start and stop.
