Hi.What can cause oil problem to that compressor?
HP- 250 PSI
SP-70 PSI
OIL PRESSURE-105 PSI
After 5 minutes the machine stop from oil pressure diff.

for this compressor oil pressure should be minimum 50 psid. first check the compressor internal oil screen by removing side cover of the compressor after pump down.and ensure your suction/oil transducer is ok.

Oil screen is ok.I checked.I think oil diff cuts out at 1,7 Bar.
I checked suction and oil transducer,is nearly ok.

Whats the oil temperature, and if over 50c is the liquid injection valve opening to cool it ,
if liquid injection is ok ,then energise the loading solnoid valves and see oil pressure,
if ok then denergise the each solnoid valve and see it load compressor and check oil pressure
if pressure goes down then you know the hydrulic cyclinder is leaking.
if it passes these tests and still loses oil pressure then change main bearings and con rods

I think the liquid injection opens at 60c.My temp is 50c.The system works 5 minutes and then stop from oil diff pressure.

ok then energise the 3 solnoid valves on the side cover with magnets and run the compressor unloaded and see what happens to oil pressure ,because the hydrulic wear out especially orings around the piston and they leak oil

When the machine starts, starts unloaded.I have power to the three coils.
It stops from oil pressure unloaded,or when the first step load.Could it be the oil pump?

its possibile but rare ,york oil pumps are very good, but you can try changing it with the other compressor and see what happens

Oil pump was guys.It went to 4.5 bar diff. But the next problem is that the controller loads the compressor but no change in amperage, and sound. What could be the problem?

What oil are you using? Was the compressor overhauled recently? People tend to tamper the oil relief assembly at the suction side bearing head. (Change spring and ball)
Also you can pump oil at the oil pump and observe the release of oil from bearing heads(suction side bearing head and pump end bearing head), connecting rods and oil filter. You can come to know if the oil path is blocked. (observe by removing the side cover manhole cover plate)
High oil pressure at a compressor is due to blocked oil path or oil relief valve set too low.
Regarding compressor not loading, it could be broken valves or connecting rods. You can come to know when you open the side cover for inspection. Check oil sump for alluminium dust or broken pieces.

Hi muju.I believe that oil used, from the previous technician is 4GS.No overhauled recently. Not loading is only due to valves or connecting rods?
