Daewoo frs-2031ial not freezing

Hi,
New to the forum so first post for me. I have read many posts on this but did not come up with any answers so decided to post myself

I have a daewoo frs203-1ial american fridge freezer that has worked perfectly for years. We decorated last week so i had to move it.

Now it doesnt freeze. It gets cold in the freezer part but not cold enough to freeze so we have had to dispose of all the food. The fan in the back behind the plastic panels turns just fine

I phoned Daewoo who quoted me a one of price to fix it without even asking what the fault was which i find odd

Anyone have any ideas or had the same problem?

Dear Stanster,

there can be numerous reasons behind the problem.You have to measure all the parameters like suction and discharge pressure, refrigerant etc etc .. by mentioning only the model no of daewoo in question, people can't answer.thats the reason nobody has replied.so mention the problem with all the parameters and working conditions.
