Clueless In Cincy-GE side by side leaking

Hi everyone. Newbie here. Hope you can tell me if I need to get my appliance guy out here or not. I have an older GE side-by-side that for some reason has started leaking under the left (freezer) side. There doesn't appear to be any water inside the door. I do not have an ice maker hooked up. This only seems to happen every couple of days and it might be a cup or so of water. My daughter got the drain pan out and it was dry. H E L P ??
