hi all.

working on few pury systems linked back to g50 then onto sites local network/laptop etc.
g50 showing fault at cond 051 with 6608, noise on mnet. been running for 4 year without fault, all cables screened and correct size, earthed correctly..

any ideas??

Have you checked the voltage on the comma lines?

yep 29vdc on mnet

Had the same error last week. Turned out I was missing voltage at L3 due to a poor connection in the isolator. Did a full system reset and it cleared the fault.

had it on a hotel- system 4yr old and the comms goes through the power pack before the g50- power pack failing ,thus the comms error

appreciated, off site this week now but will check out mains / power pack etc when back.

How long is the total cabling?
Do you have a booster installed?

Check the position of the cn41 plugs on the outdoor board.
