Hi, I run my own refrigeration business in Blackpool and I have noticed a lot of related businesses are employing young untrained engineers that actually don't really know what they are doing and should not be working on jobs alone. Has anyone else noticed this and why nothing is done about it ?

every trade has its mutants- its only when the s**t hits the fan then they get rumbled- then they just walk into another company

I have noticed this in Aussie lately on a job at Westfield and here it is rampant with this particular company. Typical rich *******s Mr. Westfield should be ashamed of himself. I here most reputable companies will not step foot on this type of site (not just westfield). Shocking I must say. All for the mighty profit over progress. Where are the unions when this is happening? And where are the ones who profit from others suffering when it turns to custard?

Its not just companies sending trainees as engineers, the customers have got worse too! wanting stuff done for no money or not paying at all.
It is a sign of the times where money is short, it causes people to show their true colours...
