What symptoms will occur if the (IPR) is parttially open? Would I have lower than other than normal suction and superheat at the evap .

Would I have higher current draw as well

HP and LP will be almost the same, compressor body will be extremely hot and AMPs will be lower.

At the time of IPRV opening , you can hear the audible noise. The suction and discharge pressure equalizes rapidly
