Hi there!
We are a sea-food processing and distribution plant in Argentina and recently bought 6 used HQ Reefers to increase the storage capability of the Company. We usually use them to storage frozen fish and shell-fish at -20° Celsius.
Since we are no experts in the Reefer Containers I would like to know a little more about the capabilities of the equipment acquired.
- How do I know which cooling equipment do I have?
- Once I have that data, It is possible to get the operating manuals?
- Finally, we have our cold-storage very automated, so we are able, for example, to check the temperature, power, consumption and so from a centralized PC. It is possible with the containers? We are actually manually (visually) checking this several times per day and in not very practical.
Any help will be really appreciated!
