TXV Noise

would non condensables in system cauuse the txv valve to have a pulsating noise ? I know when the screens stop up that it has a hissing noise and valve would be frosted over... but this is not the case.. the cooler keeps temperature fine but the txv valve has a pulsating noise....what would cause the noise ?

hi,jakb,what is the system sub-cool?a lack of refrigerant charge may also be detected by a hissing sound at TXV.
