Daikin ac brc1d71 controller

I HAVE A DAIKIN BRC1D71 CONTROLLER THAT IS LOCKED AND i CANNOT DOING ANYTHING WITH IT. THIS HAS A CENTRAL REMOTE CONTROLLER. THE BRC1D71 REMORE CONTROL FLASH CENTRAL CONTROL. HOW DO I RESET BOTH ? HOW DO I GET THIS CONTROL TO COMMUNIOCATE WITH THE CENTRAL CONTROL.=?

bit more tricky-page 79 shows the setting mode on the centralized- you need to accept all options for full operation from brc controller
