Frigosoft 2000!!

Hello everybody, I'm looking for some information on a frigosoft 2000 chillers, it has been installed on Citroen dispatch, both evaporator fans are not running, I have low voltage out of the controller but none at the plugs for the evaporator fans, I know obviously that there's a break between control and the plug somewhere or maybe even a fuse, I was just wondering if anyone has had this problem?

has it got gas in it

thats a diavia system,which are quite simple much like car a/c,the fans will not run until evaporator gets cold around the 10 degree c mark so if it does not cool ie no gas or no compressor run no fans check your wiring to the clutch,or let me look at it and we will slit the profit 50/50!
