guess its the module that sense,s the incoming power,it should be strapped to the incoming at the contactor, disconnect the three wires and see what happens DONT FORGET TO DISCONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY FIRST!

Check to make sure you have correct voltage at the contactor, Not possible to bypass the module.

At contactor (wherethe 3 phases arrive in first time) I have the correct voltage

i'd be sure its the auto phase reversal module on the relay board, the black box looking thing in the top RH corner.
TK SR units all have this.

as stated, not possible to bypass the module.
Early revision interface boards had the module integrated into the board (grey cover)
Later revision boards have it as separate module (black box)

how can I be sure that the alarm 38 is caused by this module? How much it cost??

Based on what you've told us and the armchair diagnostics of several experienced techs, it sounds like the module. As I tell people over the phone, hold it up to the phone and I'll tell you what's wrong.

the only way to confirm the diagnosis is to plug a new module in. Unfortunately the second you plug in an electrical component, you own it.

Unless you can find someone with a good used one you can try, your options are pretty limited.
