Good Morning
fujitsu ran ASYA24LCC for a numbr of years, and about 3 years ago replaced it with g version, and cannot supply complete condensers for lcc anymore.

A number of the ASYALCC we installed..(and same problem with other engineers and companies we know) faulted with ...
Either high discharge temparature, or goes into pumpdown mode or sometimes obviously working hard yet fan stays low speed.

If the gas is reclaimed and measured, quantity is correct,
When recharged unit starts again.
If power shut off and system restarted, runs again.
Fault reaccurs.. intermittently and not often.

Other companies we have spoken to have come up with their own solutions,
1. Replaces magnetic step valve actuator lead and coil
2. Takes off discharge thermistor and leaves in free air
3. Takes off discharge thermistor and moves it downline a bit
4. says been told that a new board with new software is being designed by fujitsu to stop incorrect timing of liquid valve solenoid assembly

Im sure others will have come across this and would appreciate any views on this.... I have to say its truly annoying we havent got the option to put a replacement condenser in place.
(we are aware of the 46 ohm test of magnetic lead assembly, but as said this problem is intermittent)
imo dyor
