Someone has a manual for an old wired remote (see picture) I have P1 error code after 1 +/- minute

Peter, i got a decade box to help with probes, you can replace pretty much any probe with it temporarily to see if there are any other problems with the system so you don't fit a probe and then find the fan motor is also bad.
