Extra low voltage single path circuits

What is an extra low voltage single path circuit and how it works ?? What are the extra low voltage single path equipments except PCB in a refrigerator and air conditioning system ?? I have a limited knowledge of electrical equipments.So kindly share your knowledge and experience.

Extra Low Voltage single path circuit is where the voltage level is extra low (below 50V). Single path means that only one conductor carrys the electrical current.
