Frozen evap and suction lines

I arrived at a job today to find the evap and suction lines severely frozen.The compressors both still running and both very cold. Pressures were within an acceptable level evap fan was running this is a 100 kw ac I wasn't equipped to take superheat readings as I was only attending to some ductwork instead found this can anyone shed some light please

In AC if the evap freezes up it genraly means poor or no air flow.

You will have to defrost it fully and then check for filter / evap cleanliness.

If the filters are OK and if the evap is clean you need to look at air flow and the
working system.

You will have to measure air on's and air offs and compare them to commissioning docs.
