Has anyone had a trax oil unit fail where the Ali collar has failed due to a possible machining failure. This one was running 3 bar suction and under no mechanical load as it was on a scroll compressor on a large rig and not ran for a few hours. Unit failed in the night causing pack total failure. Ignore chewed up adapter as engineer did not have socket large enough to take out and chewed adapter when removed. I have supplied hundreds before on packs and never had any fail. Pressure was not the cause of failure as the transducer pressure was3 bar almost all night prior. Look forwards to your posts.
